Deep Purple stands alongside Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath as part of the Holy Trinity of British hard rock. The list of the band's classic songs is legion, and the influence it's had on successive generations of musicians is both enduring and remarkable. <br/><br/>The three-disc version of A FIRE IN THE SKY dives deep into Purple's past with 40 songs and includes at least one track from every studio album through Now What?!. It also provides the ultimate showcase for the group's various incarnations through the years. To date, more than a dozen musicians have appeared on a Deep Purple album.<br/><br/>Among the set's many highlights are: the title track from 2005's Rapture of the Deep; "King of Dreams" from 1990's Slaves and Masters; "Bad Attitude" from 1987's The House of Blue Light; "You Keep Me Moving" from 1975's Come Taste The Band; and "Hush" from the group's 1968 debut, Shades Of Deep Purple. This expanded version also features Kevin Shirley's 2010 remix of "Dealer," and the 2012 stereo mix for an early version of "The Bird Has Flown."

Trippelalbumet Triplicate är en samling med 30 amerikanska låtklassiker skrivna av några av de mest hyllade och inflytelserika amerikanska låtskrivarna. <br/><br/>Fördelade på tre album med undertitlarna: "Til The Sun Goes Down", "Devil Dolls" och "Comin' Home Late", visar Triplicate på Dylans unika talang som sångare, arrangör och bandledare. Det 38e studioalbumet är, precis som föregångaren- hyllade "Fallen Angels" (2016), producerat av Jack Frost. <br/><br/>Triplicate spelades in med Dylans turnéband i Hollywoods Capitol studios och består bland annat av låtar från Charles Strouse och Lee Adams ("Once Upon A Time"), Harold Arlen och Ted Koehler ("Stormy Weather"), Harold Hupfield ("As Time Goes By") samt Cy Coleman och Carolyn Leigh ("The Best Is Yet To Come").

Emperor Of Sand finds Mastodon returning to a deeply imaginative and complex conceptual storyline which ponders the nature of time. Threading together the myth of a man sentenced to death in a majestically malevolent desert, the band conjures the grains of a musical and lyrical odyssey slipping quickly through a cosmic hourglass." It's 17 years in the making, but it's also a direct reaction to the last two years. We tend to draw inspiration from very real things in our lives."<br/><br/>Emperor Of Sand was recorded at The Quarry Recording Studio in Kennesaw, just outside Mastodon's hometown of Atlanta, with producer Brendan O'Brien (Pearl Jam, Neil Young, AC/DC, Rage Against The Machine), who first worked with Mastodon on their 2009's seminal album Crack The Skye.<br/><br/>Over the course of the band's recorded output, they have fearlessly continued to push themselves towards greater creative heights. Each studio album has united an ever-expanding worldwide legion that have come to expect the unexpected twists and turns that have elevated Mastodon into one of the most respected and influential creative forces in rock music.
