Nicolas Cage and Deborah Foreman star in this romantic comedy directed by Martha Coolidge. Julie (Foreman) is pretty and popular but is unhappy with her boyfriend, Tommy (Michael Bowen). After breaking up with him, she meets Randy (Cage), a punk who is unlike anyone she has ever met before.
