Robert Hamilton co-writes and directs this US psychological horror. After losing his wife on account of his infidelity, Henry Dawles (Nick Apostolides) is commissioned to perform an appraisal of the estate of Mr. Remiel (Phil Amico). He travels to the rural farm, where he will live for the duration of the job, with hopes of earning some money and getting his life back on track. Instead, however, he steadily begins to lose his sanity as he discovers the twisted creatures overseen by Mr. Remiel that occupy the farm. If he hopes to escape with his life, Henry has no other choice but to face them as his own sins begin to come back to haunt him.
