Marin Grigore and Judith State star in this drama written and directed by Cristian Mungiu. After assaulting the racist foreman at the German slaughterhouse where he has been working, Matthias (Grigore) returns to the small Transylvanian village he calls home, where Romanians, Hungarians and Germans have co-existed for decades.
