Essie Davis reprises her role as the glamorous female detective Phyrne Fisher in this adventure drama which follows on from events in the Australian television series 'Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries'. After she helps to liberate a young girl from a Jerusalem prison, Miss Fisher goes on to investigate a case which will take her around the world where she encounters precious emeralds, an ancient curse and the sudden disappearance of the Shirin tribe.
