The film captures the band at the height of their powers (fresh off the Europe '72 tour) and at the epicenter of the counterculture movement. Regarded as the very last "Acid Test". 8/27/72 was the hottest day on record to date in Oregon. The film documents a now infamous lack of water at the concert site and provides a context for the "clothing optional" vibe of the day!

Previously unreleased "Sunshine Daydream" concert film featuring gloriously remastered picture and all new stereo and 5.1 audio mixes done by Jeffrey Norman at TRI Studios in San Rafael, Calif. and mastered by Grammy® winning engineer David Glasser at Air Show Mastering in Boulder, Colo.
Entire 8/27/72 concert mixed and mastered to HDCD from the original 16 track tapes by Jeffrey Norman.
Producer's note by David Lemieux " Brand new double-sided cover art by Steve Vance.
