Harvey Keitel stars in this crime drama directed by Abel Ferrara. An unnamed, corrupt and increasingly unhinged New York police detective (Keitel) preys on both the criminals and the innocents with whom he comes into contact each day to feed his drug addiction and ease his gambling debts.
