Thriller in which an escaped convict hunts down a college student with whom he has become infatuated. When Abby (Christine Evangelista), a psychology student, joins the rest of her class on a visit to a mental hospital, she is unprepared for the sequence of events her appearance there will trigger. A disturbing encounter with top security inmate Harmon Jaxon (Dominic Purcell) seems bad enough in itself - until news emerges later that Harmon has escaped from the facility. As a brutal storm rages, cutting off the area's electricity, Harmon sets out to track down Abby. Will she be able to elude his clutches?
