When he encounters the two peasants, he realises they may be useful to him but as the four of them travel together, they face many challenges and Tahei and Matashichi's cowardice and greed could jeopardise Makabe's mission. Wandering samurai Mokunoshin Tsuzuki (Ikematsu) has no master and instead finds a place to stay in a peasant village where he helps in the fields. He stays with a farmer and his family and trains with the farmer's teenaged son Ichisuke (Ryûsei Maeda), until Sawamura (Tsukamoto), an elderly samurai, arrives hoping to recruit him. Meanwhile, a group of bandits threaten the peaceful village and chaos and violence ensue when Mokunoshin, who has never killed anyone before, is uncertain if he can take a life even in defence of those he seeks to protect.<br/><br/><i>Typ: Blu-ray</i>

The people of this world believe that Hitomi's arrival is prophetic and that she is the Wing Goddess in whom resides the power to summon the legendary dragon armour known as Escaflowne.
