The samurai begin arming and training the villagers as well as fortifying their homes as they prepare for the coming attack, fully aware that the odds are stacked against them. In 'A Killer's Key' (1967) Nitta (Ichikawa) is a dance teacher and assassin who completes a job only to discover that the people who hired him are now seeking to kill him.
