The free-wheelin’ rock ‘n’ soul trio DeWolff is set to release their highly anticipated 10th studio album, Muscle Shoals, on December 6th. The album was recorded last May at the legendary FAME and Muscle Shoals Sound Studio in Alabama with Grammy Award-winning producer Ben Tanner, known for his work with Alabama Shakes and Dylan LeBlanc. Frontman Pablo van de Poel describes the experience as magical, saying, "Right when we played our first notes there, I got goosebumps: here was that sound I've been hearing on all those classic albums!" Surrounded by the rich musical history of icons like Aretha Franklin, Wilson Pickett, and the Rolling Stones, DeWolff channeled the spirit of these legendary artists while staying true to their unique sound—a fiery blend of blues, soul, psychedelic, and southern rock with a distinctive Dutch twist.

Weather Systems have announced a global release date of September 27 for their anticipated debut album titled Ocean Without A Shore, via Music Theories Recordings. The new band from former Anathema mastermind and multi-instrumentalist Daniel Cavanagh and former Anathema drummer and producer Daniel Cardoso. Music allows us to channel emotions, thoughts, and truths too transcendent for mere conversation. In essence, it breaks down barriers and enables discourse on a higher plane. Daniel Cavanaugh has always communicated via his music. Throughout three decades as co-founder, lead guitarist, and songwriter for Anathema, he struck a chord with generations of fans, delivering globally acclaimed albums and selling out hallowed venues. Now at the helm of Weather Systems, he brings audiences closer than ever by not only picking up where he left off, but also confidently taking the next step on his creative journey with the band’s 2024 full-length debut.
