Daisy is a collection of memories. Moments of growth, moments where you’re beaten down but get back up and all the little moments in between. It’s both an acknowledgement to loved ones and a reflection of loss. Titled after Chris’ family dogs Daisy and Marmite passed during the album’s creation, Daisy is also a love letter to the animals in our lives that remain a rock through each of these moments that guide to who and where we’re meant to be. Jaguar Sun is the solo project of Canadian multi-instrumentalist Chris Minielly. Based originally out of a small town in Southern Ontario, Minielly writes, records, and produces the bulk of Jaguar Sun's music himself — often described as dreamy, nostalgic, and emotionally evocative. Musically, Jaguar Sun blends elements of dream pop, indie-pop, and lo-fi folk, bringing together jangly guitars, hazy synths, layered instrumentation, and soft, wistful vocals.

After Anthony Green left rehab in 2020, he started writing a song called "I Don't Want to Die," a sentiment that captures the raw, sometimes heartbreaking, but also hopeful nature of his new solo record, Boom. Done. It turned out to be a lightning strike to his songwriting and, with the help of longtime friends and bandmates Tim Arnold and Keith Goodwin of Good Old War, Anthony wrote one of the most intentional and formidable bodies of work in his expansive career. Out everywhere July 22 from Born Losers Records, Boom. Done. was written over the last couple of years following an overdose where Green's struggle with addiction led to him actually losing his life for up to 8 minutes. He was also formally diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and while most of his music has grappled with the realities of addiction and mental illness, there's something different about the songs on Boom.Done.
