AIR celebrates the 20th anniversary of 10 000 Hz Legend with a new special 2CD/BR edition.<br/> In 2001 iconic French Touch duo and electronic music pioneers AIR released their second proper album 10 000 Hz Legend. Recalling everything from classic Seventies rock to Eighties synthesiser experiments while still looking forward to a bright shining digital music future, the record which sold a million copies worldwide when it first came out, is a far reaching love letter to both technology and musical history. Still sounding fresh & new 20 years later.<br/><br/>This 20th Anniversary 2CD plus Blu-ray set Edition housed in a digisleeve includes previously unreleased materials and for the first time a Dolby Atmos Mix of the original album on Blu Ray. <br/>A pure mind blowing experience ! A work of art done with the help of Bruce Keen, the original sound engineer of the record. The Blu-Ray also includes a 5.1 mix and a PCM stereo Mix.<br/>Alongside this Dolby Atmos mix on Blu-Ray, the Deluxe Edition includes the original album (CD1) + rarity " The Way You Look Tonight " which was only available on the Japanese version of the album and on the 2002 Everybody Hertz mini-album. <br/><br/>CD2 features three live versions from a 2001 KCRW session (L.A. based radio station), "People in the City (Live at the Mayan Theater, Los Angeles, 2001)" and four previously unreleased demo versions.

The Eagles' Hotel California was a critical and commercial phenomenon when it was released in December 1976. The album topped the Billboard charts for eight weeks in the U.S., won two Grammy® Awards, sold more than 32 million copies around the world, and featured two Billboard #1 hit singles. It was a massive album that dominated the charts around the world in 1977. 40 years later, it still ranks as one of the best-selling albums of all time. <br/><br/>The milestone album will now add to its legendary lore with a new 2-CD/1-Blu-ray Audio deluxe edition that includes the original studio album, ten previously unreleased live recordings, as well as hi-res and 5.1 mixes. Presented in an 11 x 11 hardbound book, the set also features rare and unseen photos from the era, a replica tour book, and three stand-alone posters. <br/><br/>HOTEL CALIFORNIA: DELUXE EDITION opens with a recently remastered version of the original album, featuring two Billboard #1 singles - "New Kid In Town" and the title track - plus the smash hit "Life In The Fast Lane." <br/>The album was nominated for five Grammy Awards, and won for "Record of the Year" and "Best Arrangement For Voices." <br/><br/>The collection also marks the debut of ten live tracks that were recorded during the band's three-night stand at the Los Angeles Forum in October 1976. The concert recordings - which were recorded about a month before the album came out - features one of the first ever live performances of "Hotel California" and "New Kid In Town" along with other Eagles classics including "Already Gone," "Take It To The Limit," and "Witchy Woman." <br/><br/>The Blu-ray Audio disc that accompanies HOTEL CALIFORNIA: DELUXE EDITION features the 5.1 Surround Sound mix originally released on DVD-A in 2001 along with a hi-resolution, 192 KHz/24-Bit stereo mix.
