Blue vinyl.<br/><br/>Some shows are so momentous, they pass into rock 'n' roll folklore. When Gary Moore stepped onto the stage of Basel's Baloise Session on November 13, 2008, it was a true one-off, showcasing one of blues-rock's biggest names on one of the worlds respected stages. Nobody in the crowd that night suspected the great Irish bluesman was close to the end. But when Moore passed away little over 2 years later, aged just 58, the show took on added poignancy, kept alive in the memories of those who attended.<br/><br/>Now, more then 15 years later, the release of Live From Baloise Session on Artone/Provogue resurrects the much-missed Irishman, bringing his blazing talents back into the spotlight, catching the sparks of that night, and bottling a performance that stands amongst Moore's very best. This official release is coordinated and selected by the Gary Moore estate to keep his legacy alive.

Legendary space-rock pioneers Hawkwind return with their latest studio album, There Is No Space For Us. Following 2024&rsquo;s critically acclaimed Stories From Time And Space and recent triple disc live album Live At The Royal Albert Hall, this new release develops the dystopian themes of recent albums and the cosmic, almost metaphysical perspective on humanity&rsquo;s place in the universe through expansive soundscapes and electrifying psychedelic rock. Another classic album to add to the Hawkwind canon, There Is No Space For Us is presented by Dave Brock, Richard Chadwick, Magnus Martin, Doug MacKinnon and Tim "Thighpaulsandra" Lewis on both CD and double vinyl (the vinyl features a bonus two recent live rehearsals) and will be released to coincide with live shows in the spring and summer.

The music, composed by Andrew Latimer and Peter Bardens, inspired by Paul Gallico&rsquo;s novella The Snow Goose, was highly evocative and featured The London Symphony Orchestra with arrangements by David Bedford. The album was hailed upon its release and is regarded as one of the best progressive rock albums of all time by Prog magazine readers. This three disc 2CD & MULTI-REGION Blu-ray version is released to coincide with the album&rsquo;s 50th anniversary and features the original album mix remastered by Ben Wiseman, along with 5.1 surround sound and stereo mixes by Stephen W Tayler and five bonus tracks drawn from rare singles and the album sessions and also includes an illustrated booklet with essay.

Instant Holograms On Metal Film is the first Stereolab album in 15 years, featuring 13 new studio recordings. Played by Laetitia Sadier, Tim Gane, Andy Ramsay, Joe Watson and Xavi Mu&ntilde;oz, with contributions from Cooper Crain and Rob Frye of Bitchin Bajas, Ben LaMar Gay (composer/jazz multi instrumentalist), Holger Zapf (Cavern of Anti Matter), Marie Merlet (Monade) and Molly Read among others. The groop will be playing live throughout 2025, with shows in Europe, North America, South America and the UK. The album follows Not Music released in 2010; remastered and expanded reissues of seven of their albums in 2019; and volumes 4 and 5 in the Switched On series appearing in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
