In 'Species' (1995) scientists use the world's largest radio telescope to send messages into outer space. 20 years later they receive a message containing instructions on how to mix human and alien DNA to form a new species. She must be stopped before she mates with a human male and creates a new species which could overwhelm mankind. In 'Species II' (1998) Dr. Laura Baker has created a pseudo-alien clone, Eve (Henstridge), to assist her research after another series of alien killings begins. Reuniting with Preston Lennox, Laura realises that astronaut Patrick Ross (Justin Lazard), recently returned from Mars, is the culprit. Having become infected with the alien virus, he is now obsessed with spreading his seed across planet Earth. In 'Species III' (2004) a fatal hybrid weakness has given humans the advantage in the ongoing fight for supremacy between mankind and human/alien hybrids. However, when Sara (Sunny Mabrey), the daughter of Eve is born, she grows into the most genetically perfect alien form yet. Seeking to repopulate her kind, she heeds an overwhelming drive to mate, while a skilled military team trails her in an attempt to end the war between the two species forever. Finally, in 'Species IV - The Awakening' (2007), college professor Miranda Hollander (Helena Mattsson) realises something is wrong when she wakes up from a blackout surrounded by mutilated bodies. Seeking an explanation from her uncle, she learns the horrifying truth: she is the result of a cloning of human and alien DNA. Travelling to Mexico to confront the scientist responsible, she soon becomes the target of a stream of ravenous mutants. Teaming up with government scientist Allison Reed (Moore), Kane and Block do their best to battle the ever-growing threat, but as the aliens have escaped and are quickly transforming into tool-using primates, this could be a lot more difficult than they had first expected. In 'Urban Legend' (1998) a bizarre series of deaths occur on the New England campus of Pendleton University, and student Natalie (Alicia Witt) starts to believe that they are somehow linked to various urban legends. Her classmates are dismissive, claiming that the deaths are just freak coincidences, but as Natalie investigates more closely, she realises that not only is there a sinister pattern behind the murders, but she may well be the next victim. In 'Urban Legends: Final Cut' (2000) the students at Alpine University have staged a competition to see who can make the best horror film. But when production begins on Amy (Jennifer Morrison)'s entry, actress Sandra (Jessica Cauffiel) is slain by a masked killer and the murder is captured on film. Many of Amy's fellow students believe the murder to be a hoax, but when the killer strikes again, the evidence becomes impossible to ignore. Finally, in 'Urban Legends - Bloody Mary' (2005) an urban legend is re-enacted as three teenage girls mysteriously disappear on homecoming night. The next day they resurface with no memory of their disappearance. Those responsible for the prank begin to be killed off one by one in urban legend fashion while Sam (Kate Mara) races to solve the mystery behind the murders and its connection to the past before it's too late.<br/><br/><i>Typ: Blu-ray / Box Set</i>
