In 'Nemesis 2 - Nebula' (1995), set 73 years after the events of the first film, cyborgs are now ruling the world and have enslaved the human race. Jean-Claude Van Damme and Roger Moore star in this action drama also directed by Van Damme. New York pickpocket Christopher Dubois (Van Damme) escapes from the authorities by stowing away on a boat where he is soon picked up by pirates and encounters English mercenary Lord Dobbs (Moore). Having sold Dubois to a martial arts expert Dobbs subsequently buys him back when he sees how talented Dubois has become and enters him into a martial arts tournament hosted in Tibet.<br/><br/>Will Dubois be successful in competing for the much feted Golden Dragon statue and gaining his freedom?
