Spider-Man (Tom Holland) börjar utforska sin nyfunna identitet som nätkastande superhjälte under överinseende av sin mentor Tony Stark/Iron Man.

Efter händelserna i "Avengers: Endgame" måste Spider-Man ta ett större ansvar när han ställs inför nya hot i en värld som förändrats för evigt.
