Lil Wayne
Lil' Wayne eller Weezy, född som Dwayne Michael Carter Jr, den 27 september 1982 i Louisiana, New Orleans, är en amerikansk rappare, före detta medlem i gruppen Hot Boys, även bestående av Young Carter och Birdman Jr. Efter sitt debutalbum "Tha Block Is Hot" och två efterkommande album med mindre framgångar nådde Lil' Wayne större popularitet med albumet "Tha Carter" 2004 och dess två efterföljande album "Tha Carter II" (2005) och "Tha Carter III" (2008), det senare med 1,1 miljoner sålda exemplar under den första veckan.
Under denna period medverkade Lil' Wayne även i många mixtapes och singlar av andra välkända artister. Hans mest kända gästframträdanden är förmodligen i låtarna Don't Trip med Trina, Love In This Club Part 2 med Usher och Beyonce, Make it Rain med Fat Joe, We takin' over med DJ Khaled, Gimme That med Chris Brown, You med Lloyd, samt Sweetest Girl med Wyclef Jean och Akon.
