Last year, Clapton hosted and curated the seventh installment of his Crossroads Guitar Festival on September 23 and 24 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, CA. It notably marked the event's return after a four-year break, selling out the iconic arena on both days. Once again, Clapton carefully assembled a powerhouse cohort of influential guitarists representing various eras and styles. The impressive lineup boasted Joe Bonamassa, Clapton, Gary Clark Jr., Sheryl Crow, Eric Gales, H.E.R., Christone "Kingfish" Ingram, Los Lobos, John Mayer, The Marcus King Band, Roger McGuinn, John McLaughlin, Santana, The Wallflowers, and many more. Not to forget, Bill Murray served as the evening's "Master of Ceremonies." <br/> <br/>Coming together, the set rotated between blues staples, American Songbook classics, and generational rock 'n' roll anthems shocked to life by this elite six-string consortium.

The film - which was broadcasted once in the U.S. on PBS in 1995 and nominated for an Emmy® Award - has been upgraded to 4K for its long-awaited official release. Written and produced by Scooter Weintraub and executive produced by Martin Scorsese, the documentary includes an in-depth interview with Clapton conducted by Scorsese.<br/><br/>Super Deluxe Edition includes the documentary on Blu-ray, the soundtrack on both 2-LP vinyl and CD, and an exclusive hardcover book with memorabilia, including a numbered lithograph, 12x24 poster, Clapton guitar string set, custom guitar picks, and an exclusive bandana. This limited-edition vinyl-only box set comprises of five studio albums Eric Clapton recorded for Reprise between 2001 and 2010 - starting with Reptile and concluding with the eponymously titled Clapton. Originally released as a CD/DVD, this box set sees the first vinyl release of Sessions for Robert J. <br/><br/>Each of the albums has been remastered by Bob Ludwig at Gateway Studios in Maine and the vinyl mastering was done by Chris Bellman at Bernie Grundman Mastering in Los Angeles. Simon Climie, Clapton's long-time co-producer and engineer, oversaw these definitive remasters which are pressed on 180-gram vinyl. <br/><br/>To further elevate the audio quality, Me & Mr. Johnson (originally released as a single LP) has been remastered as 3-sided double albums - to ensure that no single LP side exceeds 20 minutes. (The album has an etching on side 4). <br/><br/>A "bonus" LP of Rarities compiled and produced by Simon Climie is included and covers the same period as the box. Most of the 8 tracks are out of print, hard to find, or previously unreleased on vinyl. <br/><br/>The five studio albums and Rarities album make a total of 10 pieces of vinyl in the box, all housed in a deluxe slipcase.
