The Cure : The Show Of A Lost World is a remixed, recut, and 4K remastered film of that night's whole 31-song show. Directed by Grammy-nominated Nick Wickham, with a new Dolby Atmos sound mix by Robert Smith. The film includes all 31 songs performed that night, featuring the complete live performance of Songs Of A Lost World and a special five-song set to celebrate 45 years of the Seventeen Seconds album. The Cure : The Show Of A Lost World is being released via Lost Images, Polydor, Mercury Studios and Trafalgar Releasing. <br/><br/>Initially formed in 1978, The Cure has sold over 30 million albums worldwide, headlined the Glastonbury Festival four times, and been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019. The 50th anniversary edition features multiple discs of rarities - at the core of this special collection are six previously unreleased alternate versions and demos presenting Pink Floyd's eighth studio album in a brand new way that demands repeat listening.<br/><br/>This set includes a Blu-ray with a Dolby Atmos mix for the first time by James Guthrie, plus 25 bonus tracks made up of nine studio rarities, and 16 live recordings captured by the renowned bootlegger Mike Millard at Pink Floyd's Los Angeles Sports Arena concert on April 26th 1975, now receiving its first official release. The live audio has been meticulously restored and remastered by Steven Wilson. The Blu-ray also gives fans the chance to see three concert screen films from the band's 1975 tour, plus a Storm Thorgerson short film.

There are still some "i's" being dotted and "t's crossed, so we can't give you a name or fancy logo just yet, but we're pretty excited that for the first time we get to hold all the reins on a release from start to finish. Since we now get to call all the shots, the double DVD and single disc Blu-ray.<br/><br/>Just in case you missed the first story, the DVD was shot by our long time cohort Wayne Isham, capturing the two World Magnetic shows in Quebec City in the fall of 2009. You were kind enough to help us select the set list by voting here on this site, choosing the songs played in setlist number two as the main program. All the songs played at those two shows will be included on the DVD/Blu-ray.
